JCR Committee Meetings are typically held on Mondays of odd weeks of Full Term (1st to 8th week, inclusive), just before General Meetings, but can be called on an ad-hoc basis by the President, who chairs the meetings.

These meetings allow JCR Committee members to coordinate the planning and execution of plans, programs and events for the JCR. Motions for disbursing £100 or less from the JCR budget (up to £800 per term) may also be passed during such meetings (all motions to spend more than £100 must be brought to and passed at a full General Meeting).
